Buying a Home in Westchase

Westchase is actually just a 15-minute drive from the Tampa airport; and it is considered one of the most affluent areas of Tampa.  There are, however, various types of homes that you can choose from if you are considering relocating or buying a Home in Westchase.  You’d find condos, town homes, villas, apartments and houses.  Since this spring, home buyers in this Tampa area have considerably grown in number and the trend has been consistent despite the precarious situation of the US real estate market.  Houses being sold could stay in the market for an average of 90 days.  Some are longer.  Greatest activity in the real estate market in the area is considerably significant in single family homes where the average selling price is $300,000 - $400,000.  Depending, however, on your budget, you’d find town homes, villas, apartments, condos and houses in Westchase.
