Bust or some more boom? I will be a guest speaker this Wednesday, April 19th, discussing the local Tampa Bay real estate market.     Hey moman,

    Thanks for the post. This one is actually for the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce, but feel free to join us as there are other non-members who attend. We would love to have you there. The location is actually at a great Thai restaurant who is one of the sponsors. There will also be other guest speakers speaking about the local real estate market from a mortgage industry and commercial real estate viewpoint.

    Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, I doubt I’ll be able to make it. I would enjoy hearing your perspective on the housing market because you don’t seem to spout off the usual lines I’ve heard from most real-estate professionals.

    Post again if you ever give another speech and I’ll try and work it into my calendar.
