Marc Vitorillo is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He is the President/CEO of Schaaf & Vitorillo Realty.  Marc Vitorillo has been featured on HGTV as a Tampa Bay Real Estate Expert and named Top 50 Real Estate Marketing Blogger by International Listings.  Marc currently is a candidate for the CCIM designation, a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

Marc Vitorillo is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a business degree in Management Information Systems. He began his career as a Network Engineer for 6 years with IBM Global Networks and ATT Global Networks; managing and analyzing major companies’ network infrastructure globally.  He believes that it all comes down to really listening to the clients’ needs and then doing everything in his power to provide a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to accomplish them.

Marc Vitorillo has lived in Tampa since 1996; Florida since 1983. Jo Schaaf specializes in Commercial real estate full-time with many national corporate clients, as well as many first time and seasoned property investors.  She grew up in the Tampa Bay area and has built an extensive network amongst her peers.  As a former real estate paralegal and loan specialist, she has more than just the typical knowledge gained through the real estate sales experience.  Jo currently is a candidate for the CCIM designation.

Gary Schaaf is an experienced commercial litigator and shareholder in the law firm’s Tampa Bay Regional Office. Gary has been practicing law in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years, and is rated “AV” by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory – its highest professional rating – based upon the endorsement of his colleagues in the areas of professional conduct, ethics and ability. Gary Schaaf is part of the Commercial Real Estate team of Schaaf & Vitorillo Realty as he also holds a real estate license in the State of Florida.

Gary has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation including real property disputes, contract litigation, probate and trust litigation, land use litigation, mortgage foreclosure litigation, injunction actions, personal injury litigation, professional malpractice and negligence claims, bankruptcy, franchisor/franchisee litigation, and banking litigation and regulatory matters, as well as contract and lease drafting, and general corporate and business representation.

Gary Schaaf also has extensive experience as a Certified Circuit and Federal Court Mediator and training in arbitration by the Florida Bar. His clients have included national, state and local financial institutions, multi-national corporations, governments, businesses, health care professionals and individuals.

Ana Chirino is a licensed real estate Broker/Associate in the State of Florida and lives and breathes real estate. Her passion for the business makes it easy for her to make a full-time commitment to her clients. By combining personal, one-on-one attention with dynamic web and e-mail resources, Ana provides 24/7 market coverage for her clients. Ana is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a business degree in Economics.
