Marc Vitorillo is the founder of eTampaRealEstate.com and CondoLeaf.com and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He is the President/CEO of Schaaf & Vitorillo Realty.  Marc Vitorillo has been featured on HGTV as a Tampa Bay Real Estate Expert and named Top 50 Real Estate Marketing Blogger by International Listings.  Marc currently is a candidate for the CCIM designation, a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

Marc Vitorillo is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a business degree in Management Information Systems. He began his career as a Network Engineer for 6 years with IBM Global Networks and ATT Global Networks; managing and analyzing major companies’ network infrastructure globally.  He believes that it all comes down to really listening to the clients’ needs and then doing everything in his power to provide a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to accomplish them.

Marc Vitorillo has lived in Tampa since 1996; Florida since 1983. Jo Schaaf specializes in Commercial real estate full-time with many national corporate clients, as well as many first time and seasoned property investors.  She grew up in the Tampa Bay area and has built an extensive network amongst her peers.  As a former real estate paralegal and loan specialist, she has more than just the typical knowledge gained through the real estate sales experience.  Jo currently is a candidate for the CCIM designation.

Gary Schaaf is an experienced commercial litigator and shareholder in the law firm’s Tampa Bay Regional Office. Gary has been practicing law in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years, and is rated “AV” by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory - its highest professional rating - based upon the endorsement of his colleagues in the areas of professional conduct, ethics and ability. Gary Schaaf is part of the Commercial Real Estate team of Schaaf & Vitorillo Realty as he also holds a real estate license in the State of Florida.

Gary has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation including real property disputes, contract litigation, probate and trust litigation, land use litigation, mortgage foreclosure litigation, injunction actions, personal injury litigation, professional malpractice and negligence claims, bankruptcy, franchisor/franchisee litigation, and banking litigation and regulatory matters, as well as contract and lease drafting, and general corporate and business representation.

Gary Schaaf also has extensive experience as a Certified Circuit and Federal Court Mediator and training in arbitration by the Florida Bar. His clients have included national, state and local financial institutions, multi-national corporations, governments, businesses, health care professionals and individuals.

David Wieteska has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker for over twenty years, and specializes in commercial and investment real estate. David has worked on projects and properties in Florida, in several other states, and abroad.  From 1987 to 1993, he was VP/ Acquisition & Finance for a Florida-based investment company, where his responsibilities included the locating, analysis, acquisition, and financing  of income producing properties for real estate investment partnerships. During that time he was trained in investment property analysis by a leading Washington DC area  CPA firm.

David is a golfer, antiques dealer, artist and painter, a commercial and instrument aircraft pilot, and has consulted as an appraiser of estates and artworks. He is a former member of the American Mensa Society, and a former Rotarian. He is a graduate of Florida State, and attended graduate school at University of South Florida, and art schools at Carnegie Tech and Memphis Academy of art.

Ana Chirino is a licensed real estate Broker/Associate in the State of Florida and lives and breathes real estate. Her passion for the business makes it easy for her to make a full-time commitment to her clients. By combining personal, one-on-one attention with dynamic web and e-mail resources, Ana provides 24/7 market coverage for her clients. Her clients never have to ask the question, “What have you done for me lately?” That’s because they see results - every day.

Ana is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a business degree in Economics. She is very active in the Tampa Bay community and currently is the Board President of Boyette Oaks Homeowner’s Association.  Ana Chirino brings a lot to the Schaaf & Vitorillo Realty team with her sales, marketing and managerial skills.

Market expertise, savvy technology skills and shrewd negotiating skills has prepared Susan to serve all of your real estate needs. Susan works continuously with professionalism, follow through and attention to detail. Most of her clients are repeat clients; or referred to her by past clientele, because she is dedicated to helping them obtain their goals when selling or purchasing.

Hongling Han-Ralston is the founding member of the Law Offices of HanRalston, PLLC.  Hongling is also a licensed real estate professional and part of the Schaaf & Vitorillo Realty Commercial team.  She primarily practices in the areas of international business transactions, estate and tax planning, general commercial transactions, and real estate transactions.

Hongling Han-Ralston received Master of Law from Renmin University of China, J.D. with honor from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Hongling HanRalston is actively involved in the Tampa Bay Chinese and Asian community. She served at the Board of the Suncoast Association of Chinese Americans and the Asian American Coalition of Florida. Currently she is the Vice President of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay and the Executive VicePresident of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay. She recently was awarded by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as the 2007 Business Woman of the Year for International Category.
